Day 12 - 14 27th -29th November
A very quiet couple of days that saw me feeling very flat. With it being the weekend I had no formal therapy sessions scheduled and that, along with my being confined to my room made me feel I wasn't doing anything constructive. However, on reflection the chance to rest and heal is also an important part of this process.
We have covered a lot of ground in the first fourteen days. I'm sure that the coming week will re-energise me and see even more progress.
Embrace the peace and quite, chaos is coming in the form of Christmas and Uncle David! Until then I can recommend a number of epic Netflix shows if you want xx
ReplyDeletei agree with our sam allison take the time to get mentally and physically ready because they certainly strike me as a unit that has a full programme planned for you - all good though picture the activities scheduled on the project plans you develop so well and that gives you the clues on whats to come .take care , keep going and you will be home before you know it - get it done and get home cos we all miss you loads - the 59 crew xx
